I called and he's basically blowing me off and doesn't care about coming back and fixing it.”

“The owner came with a crew, but instead of using a lift truck, he used a tractor to take down a large tall oak tree. He broke limbs in the tree behind the one he knocked down leaving the large limbs still hanging. He promised to come back, but he never did. He also broke blocks that were in a circle for burning paper and yard trash. He was gone for over an hour buying replacement blocks, leaving his two man crew wondering where he was. I would never recommend this company to anyone.”

They came, and though they knew the area was damp, they moved my shed, made my backyard into a monster truck rally scene, then said it was too wet and needed to come back. They came back, downed the tree, ground the root, but then left most of the tree there, spanning my property and public wetlands. They are not equipped to do complex jobs (cherry picker, tracked vehicle). Be certain to have them walk you through how they plan to execute the job.”

“On May 4, 2018, they took down the trees as requested (4) and were to remove/grind down the stumps as well. Removed the front tree and did the stump removal and was pleased with results. The back 3 trees were removed and 1 of the 3 stumps was ground down. The other two tree stumps were not completely removed and weren't visible until I tried to smooth out the area to plant grass. I've called every month for 4 months and hear the same reply: 'when we're in the area, we'll be back to finish.' If you do hire this company, make sure the complete job is done.”

“Their limb removal man was very adept and no limbs landed on my roof. Cleanup used a big John Deere tractor that drove through the yard and the azaleas (tire ruts and torn turf). They broke the raised lights along the driveway and scored the privacy fence taking out debris. They randomly cut branches of the holly trees along the drive to accommodate the tractor — I had to re-trim the stubs myself. They did respond very quickly and for that I give them an additional half star.”
